The 2010-2011 ski season opens on Friday, December 10 and conditions are excellent. The Resort's snowmaking crew has been working around the clock to open as much terrain as possible, including the strong possibility that The Highlands will open this weekend. Check the slope report for the most up to date information.A few reminders

- New this year is Shamokin Ice, the family friendly ice skating rink you've all been asking for! Shamokin Ice will open December 18.
- Kids programs start December 11 and run daily through the season.
- A winter wonderland is on tap for the coming holiday. The slopes will be open, tubing in full swing, and Shamokin Ice ready for action.
